I grew up inside an emotional storm.
My mother moved in and out of hospitals with mental health challenges...
My father moved through volatile relationships...
And as a child, I felt deeply impacted by the instability and grief generated by these challenging situations.
So, to survive, I learned some behavioural strategies...
To stay small.
To stay quiet.
To hide my despair so as not to add to the upset.
This survival map stayed with me...
It showed up in school, in my relationships, in addictive behaviours, and in all the ways I muted myself to try to keep safe.
Over time, I realised I had internalised a deeply negative view of myself, and a belief that the depth of my emotional insights and expressions did not belong, were not important, and would never be truly met or valued.
So they should be hidden.
It meant I suppressed myself from taking part in things I really wanted to take part in, which created a well of hungry, untapped, creatively frustrated energy in me... later to be unleashed...
As I grew older, to soothe the ache of this “unconscious depression of self-suppression”, I dedicated myself to giving the care and recognition that I needed as a child to the intimate connections who arrived in my life.
I kept seeking through them what I felt was missing inside.
Another’s brilliant yet broken body became my solace, while I rejected my own inner sanctuary.
It was a pleasurable strategy, of course, and I became so “good” at it that I almost stuffed the negative beliefs created from the heartbreak of home entirely under the rug...
...until one day, the cries got too loud, and I was forced to pay attention:
I needed to work out what was really going on here.
After many debilitating, yet illuminating and growth-inducing cycles, I realised I had been unconsciously recreating the chaotic scenes of home life so I could find an answer to this one urgent question:
Why can’t everybody just love each other?
And I must say, the quest for this answer has been “exquisitely excruciating and excruciatingly exquisite” — Quote: Keef Wesolowski-Miles, aka The Dancing Poet.
In 2017, I landed in a new kind of sanity and energetic solace.
I was a year deep into my “saturnian cracking” after a powerful separation with a beloved friend, and hunting for answers to console my hurting yet hopeful, obliterated heart.
I attended a sober, conscious rave led by hypnotherapist Tom Fortes Mayer.
I was captivated by his gorgeously open, warm, fuzzy, unconditionally embracing heart, and his super-hypnotic, rave-shamanic ways.
I wanted to learn more.
Unexpectedly, this was when...
Inner Child Work was revealed to me.
My lifelong question —
“Why can’t everyone just love each other?” —
received an upgrade:
“Why can’t I just love myself?”
This moment expanded and illuminated my path forever.
I began training alongside a community of self-healing seekers and natural therapists, and we embarked on a journey together to meet the hidden, sorrowful, hurting, longing parts of ourselves who had been hiding under the rocks of shame and self-blame for years.
We learned to greet them with the healing frequencies of love, peace, compassion, and unified presence.
I witnessed our inner parts rise as they were lovingly conjured to crack through the mirage of our grown-up faces.
To my awe, there were indeed so many little hurting parts inside us, needing relief for so long, longing for us to finally hear the cry of their song; reconnecting them to safety, to adult understanding, to this present moment, to earth’s gentle “aum”.
I discovered I could become aware of the self-limiting beliefs I had formed through a difficult childhood: about myself, about life, about others — beliefs like “I’m not good enough” — that had been influencing how I experienced my life and holding me back for years.
I also discovered I had the ability to challenge and transform these beliefs with more liberating and empowering perspectives, in order to influence my reality for the better, for good.
Through plant medicine ceremonies, kirtans — communal singing circles — yoga, and the support of powerful guides disguised as friends, lovers, sisters, animals, fathers, mothers, I dared to sip the potion of inner exploration and drop into the darkness of this mysterious body sanctuary I had been fearing for years.
And there, I discovered I was not what I had feared and judged myself to be:
a Bad Girl under a Punishing God.
Oh no.
I was actually filled with immense Creativity. Joy. Power. Ancestral Wisdom.
And the Healing Power of Sacred Song and Sound.
I discovered the ability to soothe myself through my own voice, to connect with finer frequencies, and to develop a living relationship with prayer and communion with life beyond the limited view of myself.
I began to recover my Nature-Gifted, hidden potentials — such as being a healer and a musician — and I began experiencing the elevation and expansion of my life experiences.
And I began realising more and more:
healing isn’t about “fixing” this “broken” self.
It is about breathing, crying, screaming, roaring life-force energy back through who we’ve always been, underneath the trauma, the survival patterns, the conditioning, the addictions, and the mental stories — and creating the optimal conditions for our inner magic to become the guiding force of our lives.
Never Give Up. Only Give In —
to The One Who is Truly, Deeply Within.

I have learned much of what I know through living — through creativity, relationships, the body, beauty, grief, longing, change, and those quiet turning points that bring us back into deeper relationship with ourselves.
I have not always known how to listen to myself well. For many years, I was drawn to intensity, adventure and emotional depth without always recognising the softer needs beneath them: rest, steadiness, safety, creative expression and care.
Eventually, my body asked me to slow down.
Burnout became one of my teachers. It showed me that strength is not only the ability to endure, carry on, or keep giving. Sometimes strength is the willingness to pause. To soften. To feel what is true. To build a gentler & more supportive structure around a sensitive and deeply feeling nature.
I am still learning this.
Much of my growth has happened through relationships, particularly intimate relationships. They have opened me, challenged me, reflected me back to myself and, at times, brought me into contact with parts of myself I had not yet fully known how to love or hold.
Some relationships stay close. Some change shape. Some become doorways into creative growth — a new song, a deeper boundary, a different way of loving, or a more honest meeting with oneself.
I have come to see that sensitivity is not a weakness to be overcome. It is a finely tuned intelligence: something to be listened to, cared for, and gently woven into a life that can truly support it.
As a woman, I have also found great healing in returning to the rhythms of my body: the need for rest, cocooning, movement, expression, solitude, connection and renewal.
There are times to open and bloom, and there are times to fold gently inward, gathering strength beneath the soil. Both are valuable. Both belong.
What once felt like restriction, is now becoming a deeper form of self-honouring: choosing the people, places, practices and rhythms that allow one’s creative life and emotional world to breathe, soften and flourish.
Sometimes this means being alone for a while — not as abandonment, but as sanctuary. A chance to sit with the natural world, with music, with animals, with water, with silence, with one’s own inner life, and allow something new to begin forming in the unseen.
Creativity has been one of my deepest ways home.
Through voice, movement, music, touch, ritual and honest expression, I have learned that the parts of us carrying grief, anger, longing or tenderness do not need to be pushed away. They need somewhere safe to move, speak, sing, soften and transform.
They may not always need more analysing. Sometimes they need a song. A movement. A hand resting gently on the body. A safe witness. A sacred pause.
Sometimes we are simply being asked to sing a different song.
I do not believe healing means becoming perfectly strong or never activated again. I think it means becoming increasingly able to meet with the entirety of ourselves with honesty, care, sensitivity, skill and intelligence and to create lives and relationships that are more aligned with what we truly need and who we truly are.
Safety and creativity can live together.
Depth and steadiness can live together.
Freedom and loving structure can live together.
We do not have to abandon the wild, adventurous or passionate parts of ourselves in order to feel held. We can learn to give those parts roots as well as wings — a nourishing home from which they are free to truly fly.
This is the work I remain deeply connected to and am committed to sharing with others:
Tending to younger and more vulnerable parts of self
Reconnecting with the body’s wisdom and natural rhythms
Giving voice to what has been silenced or held back
Transforming emotional experience into creative expression
Creating greater safety, clarity and self-trust
Designing a life that supports & respects our unique constitutions
And I am not here because I claim to have all the answers...
I am here because I have learned how meaningful and vital it is to meet life more & more consciously, to learn to listen, to feel, to create, to allow ourselves to change shape, and to keep returning, gently and courageously, to our ever unfolding human existences, together, As One.
If something in these words speaks to a part of you...then come here, it would be an honour to work with you.

I love coaching about life.
Truly — I’m a little bit addicted to it.
I can’t resist meeting the real stuff within you: the complex, challenging patterns, the places you feel stuck, the parts of you that feel confused or heavy. And I love helping you explore it all with a grounded, objective, and creative approach — so you can feel more alive and success-full as the human you were born to be:
flourishing freely,
confidently expressing,
self-nurturing, and wise.
This is how we do it (the pathway):
We bring awareness to self-defeating beliefs, thoughts, behaviours, and energetic patterns.
We identify what’s really happening beneath the surface.
And then we apply the remedy, in the body, in the moment and then consistently in your day to day life, until your system learns a new way.
And I don’t just want to help you once, I want to guide you onto the path of solid self agency & beautiful interdependency.
I’ll teach you how to work with challenging thoughts and emotions like a scientist:
curious, steady, and honest.
So you become your own inner guide.
Your own wise teacher.
Your own intelligent inner master.
Because the goal isn’t to eliminate the challenges or to go it completely alone, it’s to stop being so afraid of them and to cultivate the humility and the wisdom as to when to ask for support (often this is a gift and a teaching for another too) and when you can simply say, hey, I've got this, & tap straight into your own inner medicine.
Over time, the hard moments become more normal. Natural.
Like little growth opportunities. (or sometimes more master initiations!).
But they won't shake you like they used to, cos you’ll know yourself much better, and those familiar patterns...come like old friends...& you will know how to be with them.
We weren’t taught this in school:
how to meet our inner world with skill, steadiness, and love.
Even with Grattitude.
So that’s what I’m here for, to help you tap into what you already got.
So you can guide yourself through what you feel.
You can move that energy that’s been stuck.
You can yield that Divine Tantrum!!
You can rebuild trust in yourself.
Because none of us should feel lost and powerless in our own inner world anymore.
And so it is an honour to be part of this movement.
You may notice I use a lot of creative language.
That’s because I’ve learned: Language is Key.
(Spellings are Simply Spells.)
So I can help you shift your language
so it reflects who you are becoming,
not who you once believed yourself to be.
Together we create efficient inner upgrades through hypnotherapy
and simple, powerful stuck-energy release.
We follow your body’s wisdom and guidance —
working with what is alive in you —
with your emotional intelligence as our greatest teacher.
And I truly believe this:
Mother Nature is on our side, no matter what.
No matter what you are going through…
However sordid, guilt-riddled, or shame-corrupted
you may be perceiving yourself to be
(because yes — I know what kind of stories the mind can create
from challenging frequencies in the body)…
it’s okay.
I’m here to tell you:
It is okay.
You are okay.
And you are going to continue to be More Than Okay.
Because you have the ability to transform your energy,
upgrade your perspective,
and be you, free… now.
You have got this.
We’re all in this together.
Remember who you are.
